About Victoria Tomasella
Victoria Tomasella, Esq.is a partner and co-founder of Tomasella & Tomasella, LLC and handles a wide range of legal matters. Ms. Tomasella attended Fordham University for her undergraduate education and then received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Bridgeport, Connecticut. Ms. Tomasella has worked in the legal field for twenty-seven (27) years. Ms. Tomasella focuses her practice in the areas of matrimonial law, family law which includes issues involving spousal support, child support, division of assets, domestic violence cases and Division of Child Protection and Permanency (DCPP) and she also handles residential real estate closings. She is admitted to practice law in the State of New Jersey.
Prior to forming her own practice, Ms. Tomasella was an associate with the Law Offices of Michael J. Breslin, Jr. Upon graduating from University of Bridgeport at Connecticut Law School, Ms. Tomasella served as a Law Clerk for the Honorable Charles DeGisi, Presiding Judge of the Criminal Division of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Bergen County.
Ms. Tomasella is dedicated to her clients and is well-versed in all facets of family law litigation. Ms. Tomasella has extensive experience in handling a variety of complex cases that involve family and matrimonial matters. Furthermore, she is a high skilled negotiator in reaching settlements. Ms. Tomasella is an adjunct professor at Pace University teaching family law. Ms. Tomasella is legal counsel at Alternative to Domestic Violence which helps domestic violence victims in Bergen County.
Ms. Tomasella volunteers as an Early Settlement Panelist in Bergen County to help parties reach amicable resolutions without having to proceed at trial. Ms. Tomasella also conducts seminars for incoming real estate agents, providing them with practical knowledge regarding residential real estate closings and sat on the Board of Directors for the Oradell Kids Foundation from 1999-2002.
